** Please note that models older than 7-years are classified as Vintage (VIN) or Obsolete (OBO) by Apple. We cannot source new genuine parts from Apple on those models which are VIN or OBO. Certain parts for OBO units may be available used, tested-good, rebuilt, or third-party equivalent.

Broken Display Repairs

Depending on the model, we can replace the bare LCD panel itself or the display module as a whole. Retina display Macs always require whole clamshell replacement. After inspecting the scope of damage, we can provide a written quotation for repair.

Data Recovery

GRELLY Tech can perform data recovery on software damaged drives.

Software Upgrade, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance

GRELLY Tech can help you upgrade your Mac from an older Mac Operating System, a specific macOS for your unique needs, configure Boot Camp, or a Parallels Virtual Machine. 

We can rid your Mac of bloatware or malware popups. We have flat-rate pricing on many of our software repair services and can provide same or next day service in many cases. 

Also it is important to every 12 to 15 months bring your Mac in for regular software and hardware maintenance, and we charge a flat $125 for this service.

In most cases, we can have your machine repaired within one or two business days. 

Part availability from Apple and shipping time is the primary factor in repair completion time. We do offer a premium expedited service for an additional $160.00 that bumps you to the front of the repair queue and/or gives priority appointment based pickup.

All equipment and parts left beyond 30 calendar days is considered abandoned and will be destroyed and disposed of in a responsible manner.

Our scope of iPhone support is limited to certain hardware and software repairs, please contact us for details.

Truthfully with all the ridiculous competition from illegitimate cell phone repair stores (seems like another one pops up every day) and the abundance of cheap Chinese knock-off iPhone parts online, we do not prioritize iPhone repair in our business. We tried competing for the iPhone business, but we learned quickly that its a race to the bottom.

We own and use all of the legitimate Apple repair tools, however we mainly do iPhone repairs for our existing business, long term VIP, and education clients -- but very limited for the general public.  

Bluntly: If you want your repair done right, we're happy to help. However if you're looking for a cheap and fast fix, we are not your solution.

iPhone / iPad Repair Workflow

1. Diagnostics and Visual Inspection of iPhone.

2. Confirmation device is backed up to iCloud and Find My is Turned OFF. (Help backing up and turning off Find My starts at $85)

3. Erasure of iPhone / iPad for your privacy.

4. Check-in of Device for Repair, pre-payment, and Required parts ordered from Apple.

5. Repair Performed and Calibrations and Post-Repair Diagnostics completed.

6. Owner contacted that iPhone Repair Completed and ready for pickup.

iPad Repair

iPads unfortunately are not designed to be disassembled in the field. Instead Apple's "service strategy" is for us to perform a Whole Unit Replacement (WUR).

On iPad models where whole unit replacement isn't feasible, we can assess whether an out-of-warranty solution with a 3rd party part may be available.  Frustratingly most of the time if you're outside of warranty it often costs less to just buy a new iPad, especially if your model is more than 3 years old.

Important to Note:
