Made from 2013 thru 2019, the original EasySplicer is also known as the Mark 1.
These units often have stories to tell with how long they've been out in the field.
We can update their firmware, perform thorough maintenance with calibration, and perform hardware upgrades like installing a ceramic oven or longer life battery.
A few years ago SB Scandinavia allowed some Resellers to rebrand the EasySplicer with their own custom colors and logos.
There are a few colors floating around out there, but these units are an EasySplicer at their core and are serviced exactly the same.
We can also replace the outer-shell and reflash the firmware if you'd like to return your unit to being a "regular" EasySplicer.
The current manufactured model is known as the EasySplicer MK2 or Mark 2.
These units are refined from nearly a decade of design improvements. Most often they will just need periodic firmware updates and a good cleaning with calibration.

That's where the NB-IoT Test works its magic. It is handheld, supports industry standard CAT-M, IoT, and GSM data signals using your supported carriers SIM card.
We can service and calibrate the NB-IoT testing units so they'll last a long time as a staple of your testing fleet.

The person shipping in the equipment and the owner of the equipment authorizes GRELLY Tech to diagnose and service the above listed equipment.
Carry-in service labor performed at a base hourly rate of $87.00 dollars per hour. At a minimum, a Diagnostic Evaluation Fee will be due for troubleshooting your equipment, and pre-payment is required for all suspected liquid spill units or other special circumstances.
Any equipment left and/or unpaid beyond 30 calendar days from drop-off and/or receiving date will be considered abandoned and will be liquidated or destroyed.
All services are performed by GRELLY LLC in our laboratory.
GRELLY Tech (GRELLY LLC) ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DATA OR DATA LOST DURING SERVICING.
It is the owners responsibility to backup important data prior to repair service release. Your original failed hard drive or SD media will not be returned to you if replaced and returned under warranty because it must be returned to the manufacturer.
If the Hard disk drive or solid state drive is replaced outside of warranty, the original hard disk drive will be returned to the owner.
GRELLY Tech will contact you within the business day (or next business day if after hours) to confirm your repair request.
During that confirmation call we will create you a repair ticket within our internal system, and ask if you need a transit box. Please pack your test equipment carefully and securely. Transit cases and double-walled cardboard boxes work best, but importantly please package your test equipment carefully so that it won't get further damaged in transit.
Depending on the situation, GRELLY Tech will then collect pre-payment for required diagnostics and shipping securely using GoDaddy (pay.grelly.tech) or PayPal Online Payments.
Our goal is to make the mail-in repair process smooth, safe, and easy to understand.
We can ship using FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service, however UPS is usually the easiest and most reliable. Using our pre-negotiated shipping rates, we can pass those savings onto you, or we can bill shipping against your preferred FedEx or UPS account.
Completed repair orders that are paid before 4pm Central Standard Time, we will make our best effort to ship that same business day.
