We at GRELLY LLC take your privacy very seriously and protect the information you provide us. We strongly feel that the 'Golden Rule' applies here and do everything in our power to instill trust with our clients.

All customer information is kept secure and encrypted at rest.
Your data is only accessible on a need-to-know basis by staff and protected with layers of 2FA based security.
Payment information is never retained beyond the transaction, in strict compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Customer passwords are never recorded, and unit / device access is strictly regulated. Layers of physical and digital security are used to protect customer hardware under our care for service. Access is restricted to a need-to-know basis, for a restricted period of time.
GRELLY LLC never has, and never will, sell any customer data.
We strongly believe that privacy is a fundamental right and work hard to safeguard the personally identifiable information you share with us. We must also stay compliant with both United States, Canadian, and European Union privacy laws.
GRELLY LLC only shares data with required 3rd parties for these specific purposes:
GRELLY LLC is PCI-DSS complaint. We take cyber security very seriously.
We re-certify proving our Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards compliance.
We use PayPal, GoDaddy Payments, or Xero Online Payments for all of our credit card merchant services; and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, in addition to ApplePay and GooglePay.
GRELLY LLC will only text message customers if they opt-in.
Being complaint with industry TCR standards, we have agreed to always ask customers how they would prefer to be contacted for communications. We will only text message clients if they have expressly opted-in, and immediately respect when they have opted-out.
As stated above, we will protect the contact information that you've shared with us, respect your privacy, and not contribute to the scourge that is spam.
If you choose to opt-out of communications with us, please text back STOP and we will immediately stop communicating with you via text messaging.
Per TCR guidelines, if you'd like for your contact information to be removed from our databases, please contact us directly at 830-347-3559 and ask for the owner Grant.
GRELLY LLC Terms and Conditions:
Carry-in service labor performed at a base hourly rate of $87.00 dollars per hour.
At a minimum, a non refundable Diagnostic Evaluation Fee will be due for troubleshooting your equipment, and pre-payment is required for all suspected liquid spill units or other special circumstances.
GRELLY LLC assumes no responsibility for data or data lost during servicing.
It is the owners responsibility to backup any important data before submitting their repair. Data Recovery is offered as a separate service and may not be available depending on unit type or kind of encryption used.
Your original failed hard drive will not be returned to you if replaced and returned under warranty because it must be returned to the manufacturer. However, if the Hard disk drive or solid state drive is replaced outside of warranty, the original physical hard disk drive will be returned to the owner. Certain models of Mac computers have the hard drive solid state storage embedded within the main logic board making return not possible unless the board is purchased outright out-of-warranty at higher Apple's published Stock part price.
All services are performed in our laboratory by GRELLY LLC staffed Apple Certified and SB Scandinavia EasySplicer Authorized technicians.
GRELLY LLC (GRELLY Tech) is an Apple Independent Repair Provider, meaning we have a contract with Apple that authorizes us at GRELLY to perform all repair services outside of warranty. We have access to Global Service Exchange (GSX), the official diagnostic and troubleshooting tools, genuine Apple parts, genuine tools, and the Apple ATLAS Training system.

We're really disappointed that we couldn't be grandfathered into our old Apple Authorized Service Provider relationship that we carried for almost 19 years, however Apple now prefers to keep in-warranty work themselves via contracted repair depot with their new 2024 corporate policy changes.
We do offer a wide range of Authorized Mac Repair services, just everything is done outside of warranty with genuine Apple parts and tools. If your repair qualifies for AppleCare coverage we can either help you facilitate it for a small fee, or direct you into calling Apple directly to dispatch warranty services.
Any equipment left beyond 30 calendar days from drop-off or received date will be considered abandoned and will be liquidated or destroyed.
We will try to contact you several times via email, text, and phone before the 30-day period is up, but we cannot and will not store your abandoned equipment after a calendar month has passed from your drop-off date.
Purchases are exchangeable only within 5 business days of purchase. All shipping, tariffs paid, and labor are non-refundable.
We are a small business and will work with our customers to have an amicable resolution to issues that may arise, however we cannot have a gracious return policy like a big box retailer such as Amazon or Costco does.
Importantly please inquire about a sales demo of EasySplicer units prior to purchase if unsure if its capabilities for your needs. If you do not know how a splicer works or are new to the technology, take one of our classes first -- because ignorance is not an excuse for a hardware return.
We at GRELLY Tech cannot process AppleCare Warranty projects, however for convenience we can help facilitate for you with a small service fee.
Manufacturer hardware warranties including AppleCare do not reimburse GRELLY LLC for the labor of evaluating, troubleshooting, and freight to transport your equipment. Therefore diagnostic fees and applicable transit fees could apply.
Software troubleshooting or repair including data recovery, MacOS and iOS support, are not covered by any warranty and are always billable services.
